BID Management

In a BID management assignment, we guide bidders in a public or private tender procedure in preparing their proposal. In doing so, we verify all technical, administrative and financial requirements and identify risks from our experience on the client's side, in addition to monitoring planning, deliverables, etc. by the various partners.

Feasibility Study

The main criteria for assessing the feasibility of a project are the cost required and the value to be achieved. Through these studies, we aim to objectively and rationally reveal the strengths and weaknesses of a development, the opportunities and threats present in the environment, the resources required to implement the project and the prospects for success.

Our feasibility studies are primarily aimed at identifying the spatial, economic, environmental and social opportunities as broadly as possible and then obtaining the most favourable combination. The spatial, ecological and financial feasibility of different possible development scenarios are mapped out in an objective, rational and comparable manner after design research.

Based on the analysed data, our Forward Thinking experts will provide you with one or more substantiated preferred scenarios, accompanied by a financial plan and a plan of action for implementation, allowing you to focus on your real estate strategy and make an informed decision about your project within an overarching master plan vision.
