Bopro was commissioned to carry out a condition assessment of the Central Plaza building in Brussels, covering the building structure, building envelope, external spaces and the site. Based on the condition assessment, recommended reparations and maintenance activities were drawn up. Furthermore, cost estimations were performed.

Additionally, a BREEAM In-Use audit was carried out, with a Very Good rating for Part 1 (Asset) and a Good rating for Part 2 (Building Management) as results.
