On 10 July 2024, the award ceremony for world-leading international sustainable projects by BRE will take place in London.

We consider this shortlisting as a recognition of our leading position in the sustainable real estate market in Belgium and across Europe. It confirms that in working with our clients to future-proof buildings and navigate the changing EU regulations landscape, we are delivering what we strive for.

BREEAM is the world's longest established method of assessing, rating, and certifying buildings. Through its implementation and use, BREEAM helps to measure and reduce the impact of assets, which results in higher-value and lower risks.

During the award show, real estate projects that certified their achievements with the sustainability BREEAM label last year will be highlighted.
