You will support clients in making sustainable decisions within complex real estate projects, gradually growing into a role where you translate ambitions into measurable results.

- In concrete terms, as a Junior Sustainability Consultant based in Ghent/Brussels, you will:

- Support sustainable real estate projects throughout their full lifecycle, from development to operation

- Contribute to sustainability advisory and certification processes such as BREEAM, WELL, and GRO

- Analyse energy performance, carbon impact, and overall building sustainability metrics

- Get familiar with and apply tools such as LCA, LCCA, and CRREM in project analyses

- Collaborate with internal and external experts in multidisciplinary teams

- Support the implementation of sustainable, future-oriented solutions

- Grow into digital tools, building simulations, and sustainable construction methods

Your value

A degree in engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience
First experience or strong interest in B2B real estate, building physics, or sustainability
Basic knowledge or interest in certifications such as BREEAM, WELL, or DGNB
Next to English, good command of French or Dutch
Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
Excellent communication skills and true team spirit
