You will help clients make sustainable decisions within complex real estate projects, translating ambitions into measurable results.

In concrete terms, as Consultant Sustainability based in Ghent or Brussels, you will:

- Guide sustainable real estate projects throughout their full lifecycle, from development to operation

- Analyse energy performance, thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and overall building sustainability performance

- Apply advanced tools and modelling methods such as dynamic building simulations, LCA, LCCA, and CRREM

- Provide strategic advice on sustainability strategies and certifications such as BREEAM, WELL, and GRO

- Collaborate with internal and external experts in multidisciplinary project teams

- Support the implementation of sustainable and future-proof solutions

- Contribute to innovation in digitalisation, building simulation, and sustainable construction

Your value

Degree in engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in B2B real estate, building physics, or sustainability
Experience with sustainability tools and modelling methods such as CRREM, LCA, and LCCA
Next to English, good command of French or Dutch
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills and true team spirit
