Hotel Métropole

The prestigious Hotel Métropole, located on Place De Brouckère in the center of Brussels, will be thoroughly renovated. One of the investors’ main objectives is to bring the hotel back on the market in the best possible conditions and to aim for CO₂ neutrality. To achieve this, the building shell of the different buildings will be upgraded and new, efficient technical installations will be installed.

This building will therefore be ready for the coming decades. To give guests even more comfort, the hotel will be upgraded to a 4**** hotel. In terms of wellness experience, a SPA will be integrated into the hotel in addition to an indoor pool. Our Forward Thinking Quantity Surveyors have been engaged to supervise the entire project, from the feasibility phase to tendering and provisional acceptance of the works.

This includes budget management support, with a monthly follow-up. In addition, Bopro also acts as a sustainability consultant to analyze and advise - during the building’s renovation - on the elements of energy optimization, selection of sustainable materials, and water and waste management during the building’s renovation in order to achieve optimal results.
