As a Trainee Project Manager, you will:

- Support the integration of sustainability requirements into real estate and construction projects.

- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Manage workflows and permissions within Autodesk Construction Cloud.

- Gather, review, and prepare project documentation related to budgets, planning, and quality.

- Maintain project dashboards to ensure clear reporting and project follow-up.

- Assist in developing and updating project schedules using Microsoft Project.

Through this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of sustainable real estate projects while gaining exposure to BIM methodologies, digital project environments, business planning, and contractual frameworks between project partners.

What do you bring?

Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Architecture, or Law
Strong interest in real estate and project development, with enthusiasm for multidisciplinary projects
Next to English, good command of French or Dutch
Proactive learning mindset and willingness to take ownership of your development
Ability to actively seek feedback and continuously improve
