As a Project Manager, you will:

Leading and coordinating complex real estate and construction projects from initiation through completion.

Managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Directing multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Translating project business plans into budgets and financial frameworks for project partners.

Integrating and guiding sustainability and digitalization initiatives at project level.

Identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

In this role, you lead the successful delivery of sustainable real estate projects while ensuring transparency and control over project quality, budgets, schedules, and risks for all stakeholders.

Your value

Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Architecture, or Law
Relevant professional experience within the construction or real estate sector
Experience with digitalization and digital tools used throughout design and construction processes
Good command of Dutch and/or French
Strategic mindset and strong decision-making skills in complex project environments
Proven leadership capabilities with strong stakeholder and team management skills
