As 'Project Manager AMO', under the direction of the director of Bopro France, you are responsible for various consultancy, project management or expert assignments. You will support operational real estate projects, for private and public project owners.

Responsibilites

  • Initiating and managing certification projects (HQE, BREEAM, WELL, etc.) in France and abroad
  • Monitoring and managing AMO Environmental missions
  • Contributing to the consideration of development projects led by Bopro (submitting ideas, competitions, etc.)
  • Providing technical and regulatory oversight in our field
  • Supporting business development by participating in the preparation of commercial proposals

Requirements

  • You enjoyed an engineering education
  • You are able to understand client issues and priorities and support stakeholders in the decision-making process
  • You can manage projects and deal with different types of stakeholders
  • You are meticulous, analytical and organisationally strong
  • You have a keen interest in the transformation of real estate assets, new uses and issues related to social and environmental responsibilities (CRS)
  • You have knowledge of ecological approaches applied to real estate (HQE, BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Biodiversity, BBCA, LCA calculations, etc.)
  • Besides French, you speak English well
