As a ‘Business Developer’ with a passion for sustainable Real Estate, you will build relationships with prospective clients through networking. You will develop a business development strategy for Bopro in multiple European countries where you will identify potential clients (e.g. investors, developers, property managers).

  • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy for Bopro in France, Italy, Luxembourg, and Spain
  • Identify potential clients in the real estate industry such as investors, developers, property managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the industry
  • Build relationships with prospective clients through networking events, cold calling/emailing and other outreach methods
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals by ensuring effective follow-up with clients
  • Look for the optimum offer responding to the needs of the client, our expertise and capacity and our objectives
  • Present our services to the client and take part in the negotiations
  • Create proposals and presentations for prospective clients that highlight Bopro's services
  • Work closely with the technical team to oversee projects from start to finish while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Bopro's International Business Development team to ensure alignment of strategies across different markets, to spot and follow up global clients


  • Excellent academic records within a Master’s degree in either Economics, Engineering and/or Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or business development with a focus on real estate or construction consulting services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Experience working in France or any other countries mentioned above
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a solutions-oriented focus
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and overall CSR and ESG topics would be an asset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
  • Passionate about sustainable Real Estate
  • Open to travel
