BOPRO GOES BREEAM EXCELLENT!

Bopro is proud to announce you that it has obtained the very first BREEAM EXCELLENT certification in Belgium as BREEAM International Assessor.
The office renovation project "Science Montoyer", a redevelopment in the heart of the Quartier Leopold in Brussels, for FEDIMMO, 90 % owned by the Sicafi BEFIMMO. The project has also been awarded as ‘Green Building' by the BIM/IBGE.Also the renovation project of the office building ‘Froissartstraat 95-99' in Brussels, has been assessed against the BREEAM International Scheme by BOPRO for the same investor. Best practises have been implemented and resulted in a BREEAM EXCELLENT Certification too.
Both certifications reflect the sustainable development strategy of BEFIMMO.

Both projects are currently under Construction. Bopro monitors as project manager, quantity surveyor, safety coordinator and assessor the quality and safety, the timing and budget as well as the correct integration of the sustainable measures into these major renovation projects.
